Wenzhou, China, June 14, 2019 – To meet increasingly complex and stringent operational requirements—particularly in applications where ball valves are subjected to high-frequency switching and elevated temperatures—conventional valves often experience sealing surface damage after repeated operation, leading to leakage issues. This can result in shortened service life and increased replacement costs.

In response, Huanqiu Valve Group Co., Ltd. has developed a specialized high-temperature wear-resistant ball valve. Its sealing surfaces are coated with a specially formulated wear-resistant hard alloy. After assembly, the valve underwent rigorous testing, including over 20,000 cycles at room temperature and more than 1,000 cycles at high temperature. The valve passed all pressure tests and achieved zero leakage, demonstrating full compliance with the demands of high-frequency and high-temperature operating conditions.
